I am a person who just wants technology to work. I chose Eco Renewables (review of them also posted today) to install my battery to augment a previously installed solar panel array and Eco used a Luxpowertek inverter with the battery.I had problems with the inverter communicating with the app on my phone, pretty fundamental to have this working when you want to track and manage solar panel and battery performance.I can't say enough about the technical support by email I suspect came from China. It was prompt, swift, patient and professional. That you will have technical teething problems is almost a given, good technical support you hope for. I got it with Luxpowertek to my relief, I hope this is useful information for anyone like me who likes technology but relies on good support to maintain it.As for the kit, very solid performance - no complaints there. And the app is great for tracking and managing solar panel and battery performance.Thanks,Jim
