I’ve struggled to return the second pair, and the support team has been unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. I had to pay £15 to fix them at an optician. Going forward, I’ll stick to local companies.

These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected.
