Please also read what others say on this exact same matter!!! Clearly there’s a pattern here. They do not accept returns! Sadly an awful experience. I have contacted Luxreaders many times regarding my return. They avoid me time and time again. I had one message back from them after many contact attempts saying they had received my it and then never contacted me again despite many efforts to get in touch. They have no way of contacting them direct. You must contact them via an automated chat service which is hopeless. If you’re unsure if you’ll keep the glasses then avoid ordering. In my opinion the glasses were also not worth the money. I have purchased very similar glasses for half the price elsewhere which are better value for money. I will still be chasing my return. I hope Luxreaders have the grace to refund me.

These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected.
