I ordered a pair of glasses from Lux Readers over six working days ago, but I still haven’t received them. According to the tracking information, Royal Mail has the package and was supposed to deliver on Saturday , but when I contacted them, they said they aren’t sure when it will be delivered and advised me to reach out to Lux Readers. The challenge is that Lux Readers doesn’t have a direct contact number, and their website only offers an automated system where you fill out a form, expecting a response. I’ve done this twice in two days but haven’t heard back yet.I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and customer support would make a big difference!

Luxreaders is a Danish company with roots in Copenhagen. The company is founded with the ambition to digitize the purchase of reading glasses and end up with the notion that reading glasses is a necessary evil that must be boringly designed and poor in quality. Therefore, we have done our utmost to produce some reading glasses, where both design and quality are top notch while they are still affordable.
We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
We have a large range of stylish prescription glasses for men and women. 1 pair for £3 and 3 pairs for £59 with shipping included. Buy it no29See more
