Been getting glasses for the past 3 - 4 years, quite decent but not the best quality but OK for work. This being said a few pairs the arm came away from the metal but that hold the screw, also they are quite easy to scratch and the lenses are a bit thick. I was going to stop buying from Luxreaders but they brought out higher quality at a higher price, so I thought I'd give them a try. The 3 pairs arrived but they had the wrong lens in. I had glasses of different strength to test them against and they were out by 0.5 magnification. Long story short, I contacted Luxreaders and was asked to take a photo of the glasses showing text underneath, seriously a diabolical request. Anyone with any type of common sense knows that if you take a picture of text looking through glasses or magnifying glass , the magnification of the text would depend mostly on how far away the text, glasses and camera are from each other. So, to request a picture is a total waste of my time because there is no possible way they could tell the magnification of the lenses from a photo. The thing is a could have just sent them back for a refund and not told them there was a problem. Really silly to lose a customer, instead of saying sorry and just asking what they can do to remedy the situation.
