I started with the free 7 days trial and then on the 7th day, LuxSiganals charged me for a year! I would've opted for monthly subscription as 7 days weren't enough to really test it. So far (with the so called "best settings"), it has not been good at all. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund please. Can you help me?
