I tried to cancel my subscription before my trial period was up and they didn't cancel it. They charged my debit card instead. I wrote several emails to them telling them to cancel it but I just got emails back from them saying they don't handle that part I have to do it myself. Do not trust this company they will rip you off. As you can clearly see in their reply they can see where I canceled during trial and their communication with me was poorly handled and they take full accountability so why am I still being charged when I canceled? You can clearly see how their support team is no good and their promises are not kept. I should've never been charged but I was. After admitting they were in the wrong they have still not offered me a refund for something they should've never charged me for in the first place. That shows how much you can trust this company.
