Submitted and paid for order on 7/30/2024. I realized it was out of the country and decided to cancel the order. Within the hour I sent them a chat on their website to cancel. The auto chat said someone would call or email. No one did. I followed up the next day with an email. The email auto response referred me to the website chat. This cycle continued for 2 months. My bank card was charged and no product and no cancelation for refund. Their customer service is non existent. Both Shop and Etsy should remove them from their service. Today I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. The only way I was able to get my money back.
