Horrible customer service, i tried msging and chasing for a bag i wanted for my bday & was constantly told to msg different numbers or contact different people when the online whatsapp details were the one i was contacting.i wasnt reached back waited over 3 weeks and they didnt wanna bother or sell or eventually gave up never to bother again instead the owner took personal offense being the fraud fake she is :s
