I went to Luxary Dental late January. I had full extraction, then All on 6 and left with my temporary teeth all over 3 days. I have had sooooo many compliments on my temps, people cannot believe that they are just for healing as they look so natural.The treatment you recieve from the moment you walk through the door, to the point your temps are fitted (with absolute perfectionism - she will not let you go until her standards are spot on), is second to none. They all greet you immediately by name. Offering drinks, reassurance and genuine kindness. I was very well looked after by the whole front of house team. Alex, has been fantastic with communication recommendations, reassurance and information. Not just during my visit but on the run up to my visit and after. Also organising our transfers and hotel. The Dental surgeon I saw certainly had a challenge with my case. (I'm really sorry I am absolutely terrible with names). But I feel he has done a fantastic job and so did the supporting team in the room with me. Nothing was too much. I had a little cry at the start and someone came along and wiped my tears away, making sure not to smudge my mascara - Thank You for that!! Such a little thing but incredibly thoughtful and please know it was very much noticed and very much appreciated! It's been 8 days since my life has changed with the start of this long journey. I feel i'm recovering well, i've not been in any pain at all, i've had lots of compliments and i'm actually smiling again. I feel much more myself again - Thanks to the INCREDIBLE team!!
