I agree with other Reviewers that LuxuryDream Co appears to be a SCAM. I ordered a pillow on Feb 6, 2026. Item still not received as of March 4 2026. Canada Post tracking indicates item delivered to another city here in Ontario on Feb 16. After a couple of prompt replies to my initial emails that they would look into it, LuxuryDream's customer service is no longer replying. I am so annoyed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
