I ordered a Chanel bag, series 4, black interior, card included and described as perfect condition from Luxury Exchange. I received a different bag, in far poorer condition with evident creasing and a red interior and no card. I tried contacting LE with great difficulty, after multiple messages I finally got a reply. Telling me I was mistaken. Despite asking for a call to this day i have only received messages. I returned the bag and got a refund. I warn caution. They are very difficult to get information from and very difficult to contact. Customer service is very poor. Also the bag was delivered with standard parcel delivery, left on my doorstep, not stuffed to maintain shape with two sheets of tissue paper. Nothing luxury about this experience. I might add I was a very loyal and long term customer up until this experience. My advice to LE is to focus on customers not content creation or hire someone to focus on your customers. This was my second really bad customer experience with LE, the other involved receiving a highly soiled garment. Very visibly soiled. Again this took constant messages and trying to contact them to get resolved. I finally got a refund after constant follow up.
