We booked a holiday to Sri Lanka last Easter which was cancelled due to Covid-19. Out of decency we decided to help the company out and re-book for this year (obviously at an additional cost) and help them out by letting them keep our money. This was again cancelled this Easter due to Covid-19 and we asked for a refund and they refused saying it could take up to 12 months to get our £7,296.00 back. Absolute charlatans, as we tried to do the nice thing, and they have just ripped us and others off.Also, for the record, our contract was with them direct and not with the airline - poor excuse!!
