Having to take to small claims court to get our legal refund, they cancelled our holiday, offered credit note, we refused and wanted our legal refund, then they ignored us so going to court, not what we wanted to do but no alternative, we have used value added travel and luxury holidays several times, but this episode has shown then in a different light and doubt we will use again, even after a call from the owner who said he could not give us a refund as he hadn’t had the money back, if they are this low on funds why would I want to risk our money with them, they have just rejected our claim and want another 14 days to respond, must be waiting for some money ? To pay us.... once again we paid in full for a holiday in April and in July they still don’t refund its customersUpdate and response to #luxuaryholidaysThank you for your response saying that our refund has been completed, YES it has through the small claims court, you dragged your feet, didn’t attend mediation, we had to take you to court, your MD said your defence was your “terms and conditions “ which the judge found was unlawful It’s a shame it ended that way, if you had paid your legal refund back within a normal time you would still have a customer.
