Not impressed with the service received so far…when spending £0000’s you expect a better service. Radio silence, zero updates and complete lack of information on where items are being shipped from on their site. It’s been 6 days since purchase, and a paid for ‘express’ delivery - no updates & only notified an item is coming from USA from the shipping company, not from LP - if known I wouldn’t have purchased. The other item coming from London, and still zero updates or communication on delivery date. What is going on LP.? This is clearly not good customer service or engagement practice and as a bare minimum customers should know where their items are coming from and should be provided some form of communication within 6 days of purchase-especially when spending thousands of pounds. It makes for a very nervous purchasing experience, which is not ideal at all. I’m hoping this is resolved soon.
