I received my product promptly, but I had made the purchase accidentally and wanted to return it. I emailed customer service last week and have still received no response. I'm sure it is a great product, but I would like to return it and get my money back. Update: 5/31 After my review, their team got back to me and offered to either let me ship it back to them for a full refund (I pay return shipping) or keep the product with a 50% refund. I chose the second option.
