This transaction was made via a social media platform. I wasn’t aware of a website or to read and discuss shipping times. I was not aware that the desired payment method of splitit hold time of full pending balance. In my opinion if you’re spending not just $1800 of whatever the amount of a purchase the company could improve shipping times. In my experience from purchasing internationally this was the longest wait time. Full disclosure of shipping times and payment method should be discussed not only via website but through all avenues of sales. Hope this was helpful to improve your business.
