I purchased a bag and 24hrs later I asked them to cancel it. After a few days they responded (bag wasn't shipped) and said since I purchased during a live show I couldn't return it and that it was being shipped from Japan (I am in the US). I have no idea about what they are talking about regarding live show. I was not watching a show. I clicked on the bag and purchased it. No notification saying it was a live show purchase. They also charged me twice on Paypal for two different amounts. I paid for my purchase with a credit card, so I have 3 charges from them for one bag. They also say they ship the bag "final mile" from the USA if you live in the states.
