I purchased a handbag, and it turned out to be not as described or depicted in the listing online. The handbag was personalized, and that was not shown in the photos or noted in the text description. I emailed them to request a return. It's been over a week with no response. Unacceptable! If I could give zero or negative stars I would, but I had to pick at least 1 star.Update: It is now July 13. A shipping label was finally provided back in May, and the return was picked up on May 16. However, there was missing information, and because email response was too slow, DHL is now charging a storage fee. Last email of June 10 from DHL had no response, and I must re-open a dispute on my card because no refund has been issued.
