Live show hosts (including executives) constantly misspeaking and saying things on live shows that are very incorrect about brands, products, etc. Exorbitant pricing on many items. just one of many examples: mini Chanel 22 bag for £9,200 (€10.6k euros or $11.4k USD). that price is without shipping included. That's about double the retail price, which is astronomical (even on the secondary market) for that bag. They do not always properly disclose poor condition or smells. Had to return an item in which damage was not disclosed on the live show, and I had to pay €50 for return shipping. That's wrong.The company is still experiencing clear growing pains. Inconsistencies are common. Specific hosts and shows are far less flexible with pricing, shipping costs, and giveaways. Another review on this forum said "LP I'm waiting for you to be great" and I agree! Will continue to cautiously purchase items when a deal can be scored on something I want, but otherwise am waiting for professionalism on live shows, customer service, consistency, and competitive pricing to take LP to the next level.
