I have had many dealings with different members from LP team. Recently Joshua did a jewellery show from Japan and I was impressed with his interaction with the customers. He was attentive and so patient with all the questions.I did not feel rushed and I feel he should do more of these shows. Yen is fantastic and has really been so helpful with my buys, answering all my queries and not pushy at all. The London team are also very approachable and kind.
