Byron did an excellent job repairing the Vent-Axia ventilation system in my apartment. As it was an old unit, he had to change the motors and circuit board. He also thoroughly cleaned the heat exchanger and the ventilation grilles in the ceiling of each room of my apartment. He explained the process as he went along and gave detailed answers to my questions. I would be happy to use Byron and Luxury Property Maintenance again in the future.
