From the beginning, the representative was very convincing and made many promises. The first issue arose when incorrect colors were brought for the driveway. When I pointed this out, he became aggressive and disrespectful. Luckily, I had sent him the agreed color scheme and design, which clearly showed his mistake. When he later recognized his error, he did not apologize for the wrong colors or his behavior. Instead, he tried to justify his actions by saying his preferred colors would 'look better,' despite it not being what we agreed on. Whenever I raised concerns about his work, he dismissed them with technical jargon instead of addressing the issues directly. We had agreed that full payment would be made after the kerb dropping was completed, but he insisted on being paid earlier and requested part of it in cash. I refused, as we had agreed on a bank transfer. Ultimately, the work was not completed as promised. When I followed up repeatedly over two months, his response was once again disrespectful, telling me to finish the work myself. I deeply regret working with him and would not recommend his services based on my experience.
