From the beginning, the representative was very convincing and made several promises. The first problem occurred when he brought the incorrect colors for the driveway. When I pointed this out, he became aggressive, yelled, and acted disrespectfully. Luckily, I had already sent him the agreed-upon color scheme and design, which clearly indicated his mistake. When he later acknowledged his error, he failed to apologize for either the wrong colors or his conduct. Instead, he tried to justify his actions by claiming that his preferred color scheme would 'look better,' even though it was not what we had agreed upon. Whenever I raised concerns or highlighted issues with his work, he dismissed them with technical jargon and avoided addressing the problems directly. We had agreed that full payment would be made after the kerb dropping was finished. However, he persistently insisted on being paid earlier than agreed and even requested part of the payment in cash. I declined this, as we had clearly established that payment would be made via bank transfer. Ultimately, the work was not completed as promised. When I followed up multiple times over two months, his responses were once again disrespectful, and he told me to finish the work myself. I truly regret working with him and cannot recommend his services based on my experience.
