Ordered jacket but too small. There was no return instructions. Contacted customer service who have given me the run around since 2 May. They either don't reply or come up with unacceptable resolutions. I am no further forward and my last 2 emails have again been ignored. I want my money back and will be reporting to trading standards. Seems I'm not the only one who has beef with this company.
