I ordered a neon sign (a Christmas present) from this company in early December. After 2 weeks, I hadn’t gotten a shipping notification, so I sent an email asking about it. Lo and behold, the next day I got a notification that it was on its way. The sign I received does NOT look like the website photo. It is badly made and looks terrible—it’s as though it’s a knockoff of its own product. (Also, it was filthy when it arrived—covered in greasy black fingerprints.) I emailed Lynsseries and said I’d be sending the item back, considering this sign qualified for a refund according to their own Terms, and got a series of emailed responses asking me if instead I’d like a 15, then 30, then 50% discount of my original price ($130.), until finally an email letting me know I wasn’t eligible for a return, because my sign was a ‘custom product’ (not the case—it was a stock item.) Life events forced me to give up at that point.The website has some pretty glowing reviews, but my experience was 0/5 stars. Cheap product, very slow, expensive shipping, extremely poor customer service.
