I booked a taxi for the airport, managed to book the wrong address.Received confirmation taxi on its way and realised, contacted Lynx at 4.30am, im now running late. I explained to the chap my mistake, he cancelled my booking and had another taxi with me within five mins.The reason I didn't book the taxi in advance in the first place was due to the bad reviews I'd seen, my experience with lynx has always been good.Contacted the office again as the payment for the cancelled taxi went out of my account, staff were lovely and I received my refund.
