Sometimes a lot more.Also, their drivers have an extremely annoying habit of turning up fifteen minutes early, banging on your door and asking you to hurry up. This has happened on multiple occasions and they need to learn not to send taxis early or late, but ON TIME!I am autistic and we don't like to be put under pressure, especially when we're trying to get ready and we don't want to leave anything behind. But Lynx don't take the customer's needs into consideration as long as the money keeps rolling in...The final straw came yesterday when I called them to make a complaint about the driver once again turning up extra early and driving at 50mph through 30 zones. I was afraid for my life during the journey as the driver was not driving the vehicle with the safety, due care and attention he should be. I was told that they don't accept complaints by phone and to email in, where I'm sure it would be safely deposited in the trash without being read.Consequently I've deleted the app and won't be using them again if they're not prepared to listen to their customers. Also, they need to tell their drivers to calm down, stop being so reckless and to arrive on time, instead of very early or very late.
