Terrible service. Booked a 5.15pm taxi at lunchtime. No show but a text saying they were looking for drivers. Rang after 20 minutes and was told they had no drivers available and it would be at least 20 minutes more. When i said this wasn't good enough and how unprofessional it was, i was told that it wasn't her fault as she'd not taken the original booking! Thank goodness we weren't catching a train or plane!This is the second time this has happened with Lynx so avoiding at all costs now!
