Even 1 star is too much for this unprofessional firm. This is regarding a property purchase new build. I sent all documents earlier and had no contact until I followed up with two emails. They responded with many attachments to sign so in the interest of time, I asked for a call today and Aowne agreed for a call at 10.00am. He didn't call and when I called was told he is not in. I have no idea whether the call will happen or not. i am stuck with them as given a deposit. Avoid working with them.
