Very bad expérience with this company. Order was sent to France while I live in Canada! Info from delivery system indicates item was returned to sender du to incorrect address. Sent numerous emails to customer service asking for a refund without getting any reply. Will ask my credit card to refund me. First and last time I order from them. Note: Might be just a coïncidence but Accsart issued a full refund a few hours after my original post on Trustpilot. They informed me via Messenger.
