The product I ordered, did not arrive. They claim that they tried to delivered it twice, and said they would call. They didn't call, and the tracking on the map doesn't even show it made it to Brisbane Australia.I have tried contacting support, I keep getting the same generic email. They have done nothing, haven't returned an email that a human has written, haven't offered any refunds, don't want to talk to me, and all of the tracking information I don't believe to be true, as each time I reach out to the so called tracking provider they send me somewhere else.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, I BELIVE IT TO BE A SCAM.I did report to Afterpay as this is how I paid, they claim they can't do anything. I believe afterpay should withdraw the service for this company.
