I am extremely upset with IndiaMART's "buyer protection." They are covering a scammer — Modern Agencies (Ketan Savadia).
My order was returned by US Customs (RTO). The seller confirmed receiving the goods back but refuses to refund my money, claiming the package was "opened by customs." He now holds BOTH my money and the medication. He is literally mocking me in WhatsApp.
IndiaMART support just closed my Ticket 10168699, lazily telling me to resolve it directly with the fraudster. IndiaMART and Modern Agencies are scammers. Do not trust this platform!
