I bought an electric bed on 22 November 2025, making payments in two installments—one on 7 November 2025 and the other on 19 November 2025—from a seller. Over a month later, the railings arrived damaged. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, my calls have gone unanswered and no actions have been taken. The after-sales support is extremely poor and unprofessional. I only sought a straightforward resolution, yet there has been no acknowledgment or assistance from their team. This level of negligence has left me contemplating legal options, which is quite disheartening. I cannot recommend this seller due to their inadequate after-sales service and lack of responsibility.
