First off, the bra is fantastic. The color is beautiful, and the fabric is incredibly soft. I've struggled to find something that minimizes bounce, especially after losing weight. This is the best I've found for running. The side adjusters are great in theory for stopping upward movement but are too long to be effective. I had to sew mine shorter for them to work. I initially ordered the wrong size, and while the customer service responded quickly, the exchange process was frustratingly slow. It took about two weeks for my replacements to arrive. Overall, I would buy again because the bra is wonderful, and their communication is excellent.
