Your telling someone that supposedly had their account data deleted to login to the APP? Are you actually serious? What utterly insane response. Haven't messaged for more details or whatever just told me to contact via app.
I don't think you understand at all how a 'request for erasure' works. I can literally email any email available for your company and someone should handle the required request. I shouldn't need to log into any apps 🤣😂 I suggest your entire business readjust how they handle this sort of thing and then don't weeks and weeks later ask for reviews by emails and WhatsApps with account numbers and all sorts in the messages. Unreal bunch.
