Initially all was great, bed arrived really quickly. And then it all went wrong. There were no instructions but we figured it out and when I messaged explaining the ottoman wouldn't close they called and their advice was to force it, which we did. And then it wouldn't stay closed. After 90 minutes it was clear that wasn't going to change. And once it was in position it was clear it was not the size quoted. We are working in a small box room and they had clearly quoted the divan size and not the full size once the plush sides were added. I asked for a return and refund that day 14th Dec 2025. I'm still waiting and this bed is blocking my hallway. They offered replacement parts on 18th dec and admitted the pump was incorrectly fitted with the wrong size on 20th december. I declined the replacements as the bed was still the wrong size. They sent the parts anyway.Then they blamed christmas for not being able to arrange a collection. I have called, emailed and left chat messages, mostly ignored.One email admitted their fault.2 calls stated I would be contacted the next day with collection details. The last one being 2 weeks ago and still I have heard nothing. They are aware I have reported them to Klarna and they lied to them aswell saying it was resolved. So I have reported it again. This 'company' is an utter scam. The stress this has cause is unreal and my daughter still doesn't have a bed as I can't order a new one from a reputable company until I receive my refund. Do not waste your time and energy, and don't believe these postive reviews which I can only assume have somehow being faked by these scam artists!
