I recently upgraded to a 15" M4 MacBook Air (16GB RAM, 256GB SSD) by trading in my 13" M3 MacBook Air and a 13-inch M3 iPad Air. I’ll admit I was initially skeptical of their trade-in offer—so much so that I actually drove two hours to visit their warehouse in person!I am so glad I did. They were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's clear they have a fine, dedicated team, and they were happy to help me with the exchange right then and there. The overall customer service was incredible, and George, in particular, was absolutely excellent in getting everything sorted.If you are looking to trade in for another Apple device, my advice is to skip going directly to Apple. You will get a much better price here and the exact same premium level of service. Macfinder is officially my new "go-to" place for all Apple devices. Highly recommend!
