Twice their courier failed to pick up the item from my address. I contacted them and offered to pay for the collection myself. They sent me a prepaid label and I took the item to my local post office.Within 3 hrs of MacFinder receiving the item the payment was in my bank account. Very helpful and easy to deal with.
