It would be nice to have more information regarding the condition of the item you were buying prior to ordering. The one I ordered was listed as "standard condition"so scratches or signs of use were expected on a 7 year old unit but the bottom right corner of the iMac I received was dented. The seller contacted me the next day and reduced the price to reflect the condition so they're customer service is reassuring.I just hope there are no issues with the screen as the frame has clearly hit something at some point.
