Terrible customer service. They don't even remotely aim to resolve matters and instead just point out small technicalities s to why you're wrong.I ordered two items. The checkout did mention lead times on those items. One shipped in 1-3 days and the other in 1-2 weeks. I paid for expedited delivery, which I think any reasonable person would assume would result in the first item, with its 1-3 days shipping time, to be sent within that shipping time... instead they lumped them both together and now I have to wait two weeks for something I reasonably expected to be put into the post ASAP having paid $22 for the privilege.Instead of trying to resolve the matter, Nick from customer service basically replied, "LOL :)" and that was that.No matter. It was only a $2,000 order with a vendor I was told offered good service.
