My experience buying a secondhand laptop from Macfixit was pretty bad. Firstly they sent me the wrong charger, then when I contacted them they sent me another one, also wrong. They finally sent me an adapter which then meant I could charge the laptop. Now it can’t be accessed and I’ve contacted Macfixit it yet again. They are less than polite in their emails to me and just told me to contact Apple. This is despite the fact that I purchased 2 years warranty for the laptop as well. They show contempt and disdain in their tone of their responses and they are probably one of the most miserable customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
