The order was well packaged with no visible damage. Unfortunately, the product inside was damaged. I contacted customer support and sent a photo; a representative confirmed a replacement would be sent, but I'm still waiting. I've purchased many items over the years, and this is the first time I've encountered damage. I hope the issue is resolved soon, as I plan to continue buying from them.
