Gave me low quotation and then contancted that they have to cancel it. OK, happens - but they triggered regular refund procedure, giving me 48h to provide bank detilas (what if i didnt read my email?) or its gone.... additionally instead of just refunding to card Ive used they claim they have 10 days for a refund, very rude contact person agreed with a lot of fuss to send it earlier...

Mattia and his colleague were very professional and caring. As a non-Italian speaker, I really appreciated that Mattia could communicate in English, it made the whole process much easier for me. Worst experience Ever ! The transporters never came to pick my motorbike, and now the transporters are claiming money while I have paid Macingo & absolutely 0000000 customer service! Have been trying for 3 months to get someone to answer but no one is.
