As I had some questions about their services, I sent an email to Maclear.Having no reply after a few days, I spoke to someone on the chat on the 24.03.2025As discussed, I sent the email again to the same general email address and to him personally in case my email was not received properly.He confirmed on the chat he received it and will reply to it / to me by the end of the day (24.03.2025).Several days have now passed and I still haven't received any reply.Additionally, their live chat has been disconnected from their site for several days now.Finally, I can now see through my email provider that the emails (whether to the general email address or to him, whether the initial one or the more recent ones) were not only received but also read.In consequence, a potential customer contacts this company to have some information but never receives any reply.An employee makes a commitment (to reply by the end of the day) and does not respect it.The live chat customer support is unavailable for days.I am very disappointed by the lack of commitment and lack professionalism I faced.--------------Update June 2025Following the incident described further up, I was contacted by the Head of Customer Support.He apologized for the lack of communication and then answered all the questions I had.Afterwards, I invested on Maclear and was satisfied with the returns.I was dissatisfied by some issues, for example information not communicated or not communicated clearly / properly enough leading to confusion.However, the Head of Customer support dealt with those issues with accountability, honesty and professionalism so far.The site is clear and easy to use.However, it still lacks features in comparison to some competitors (auto invest, mobile app...etc).Due to the above, the initial rating of 1* has been updated to 4*.
