Update: It took 4 days, but I was finally able to change my password. The customer support was not the best experience.However, before this issue arose, I had very good experiences with several projects. Deposits and withdrawals were also smooth and quick. ThanksI found out that my password was compromised and wanted to change it. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with my password manager or manually. Additionally, I don't receive an email with password recovery instructions when I try to reset my password. And yes, I checked the spam folder.The support asked me to empty the cache and try another browser. I tried all of that, but it didn't help.I then contacted the support again, but have not received a responce since (yesterday).A compromised password on an investment account is obviously not that important.
