The next month, I deposited another 500€, but then they asked me to verify my address, which they already had on file. They also requested a document, which I sent, but a bug in the platform is preventing it from being accepted.The support team takes weeks to respond, and I still can't access my own money. THEY'VE LOCKED MY MONEY AWAY, AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TOUCH IT FOR A MONTH!
