The item I ordered was completely destroyed and it took over two weeks to get and there’s another item I bought at the same time and it still hasn’t arrived yet. These 2 items were bought on February 5th..it’s the 22nd and only one has arrived and it was ruined by the time I got it. I submitted a complaint by email about the item 2 days ago and I haven’t gotten a response yet. I’m thoroughly disappointed in this experience.

I ordered something from here in November and had no issues. Beautiful product and arrived when it was supposed to so I placed another order in November for a Christmas gift for a friend. It was a picture of us that was supposed to look like it was drawn. When it arrived, it was a picture of a random street sign printed out. I have sent 4 messages through the "submit a ticket" option since January 1st with NO RESPONSE! There is also no customer service phone #. Ridiculous! So disappointed with this company. I gave them a month to respond to make it right, and nothing! On the phone with the bank right now to dispute the charges.

The mug that I ordered was extremely small, not a regular size mug at all, and even though the size may have been listed on the site, one would not think to measure a mug in advance or think they would receive a mug that is more like a shot glass size than an actually coffee size mug. The printing quality was extremly poor as well as the material the mug is made of. I tried to send this back and get a refund and was told no as the size is listed on the site. Unfortunately, the size was only part of the problem. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, CHEAP. Do not waste your money. I will be showing this mug to everyone I see to prevent someone from ordering such a horrible product from these people. Unfortunately, my order and money are wasted - do not let this happen to you!

I ordered cofee mugs with my mom & her 6 siblings names. They came out so nice, and my mom and each of her siblings loved their mugs! Initially, there was a mistake with the order, where a couple of names were wrong. It just happened to be names of 2 deceased siblings. I contacted cust. serv., and they corrected the mugs immediately!! I still received them in time to ship out & have them arrive before Christmas! I was very pleased with their quick response to resolve the issue! The packaging was also great, and thoughtfully designed to truly protect the products! I will definitely be ordering more products from this company! They helped me provide a thoughtful gift that put smiles in the hearts of my mom, aunts, and uncles, not long after they lost another sibling! I am so grateful to the Macomer Co.!!

Claimed delivery but nothing arrived!

It shows as delivered, yet I haven't received anything! When someone reports this issue, why ask them to wait longer? It still hasn’t arrived. As a disabled senior on a limited income, I would value a response. I am also a veteran, and I haven't faced issues with previous orders. What seems to be the problem this time?

Disappointing experience with my order

I placed an order for some notebooks for my supervisors on 12/05/2025 and received an email stating they were on their way. After two weeks, it showed as delivered, but to someone in New Jersey named Jenny, which is definitely not my name, and I reside in Indiana. I had to purchase replacements. When I finally received them, returning them has been a hassle. I won't order from this service again; I usually go with another provider but wanted to try this one. The other option is far superior.

Extremely disappointed with the service and product

I placed an order on November 24, but it didn't arrive until January 3. I contacted the service by December 10 to request a replacement so I could have it for Christmas, but they declined. The only refund offered was for the shipping cost. Additionally, the product I received did not match the quality or appearance that was shown in the advertisement. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company and will never order from them again!

No delivery and no response

I have not received anything. I spent $50 on a customized belt for my husband for Christmas, and it hasn't arrived. It's stuck in another country. I've reached out three times and only got a generic response. I had to hurriedly find another gift for my husband. I want a refund, but it's hard to get one when no one is responding.

Avoid this site due to lack of customer support

I strongly advise against ordering from this site as they lack any real customer support, only sending automated emails. I placed an order that never arrived, and when I inquired about a refund, I received no response. Protect your money and choose a reliable site instead.
