I've been trying a meal replacement shake for a while now, and here's my take as someone who's sampled various shakes. Pros: It's vegan, easy on the stomach, and avoids erythritol or other undesirable sweeteners (which is what put me off another brand). It's also reasonably priced compared to others. When mixed correctly, it has a smooth consistency. Cons: I find it too thin for my liking. To achieve a thickness I prefer, it becomes overly sweet, which isn't enjoyable for me. As I'm on a calorie deficit, I only mix it with water and ice, and the sweetness is overwhelming. Additionally, you should be fond of peanut flavor, as that's the protein source and the main taste in every shake (I enjoy it, but it's something to consider). It might be great with Greek yogurt, but that's not an option for me, so I may have to look for another brand.
