Good company as long as things run smoothly, however, using Yodel does bring problems as Yodel do not have an ombudsman like other couriers.I too have instances when Yodel have stated delivered and signed for when it hasn't been delivered and signed for by a person who does not exist at the delivery address. CCTV is the only proof they will accept and Macro packaging are useless in helping out.I too wished they changed courier.
